I am truly grateful...to the National Lottery for its funding and to Master and his lovely wife jon jie ( appologies if incorrect spelling! !) For securing a place in Tai Chi on a tuesday morning....has given me a chance to try something ive wanted to do for many years. TOTALLY AMAZING !!! I sooo look forward to my weekly session....and feel soooo energised afterwards. Feel like im finding a part of me thats been hidden. Thank you.Once again....i find myself EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to China Spirit. They have twice extended our initial 6mth free T'ai Chi sessions. Also i would like to thank all the Tesco customets who collected blue tokens for China Spirit....as this enabled us to have our sessions extended. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH TO ALL XXXXXX More...

China Spirit is one of the most warming and inclusive place I know of ... for all the many and diverse opportunities they offer. I am not a martial arts practitioner but I know how highly they value and incorporate family. Successful in terms of awards and in my eyes, and many others superbly successful at offering a great place full of community spirit. I love their diversity too.. Yoga is wonderful.. and meditation and soundbaths. I can't sing their praises enough. This is community... and it's not by chance. my son has been going for some time he has extra support needs and we were unsure if he would cope. The club is fantastic and inlusive to all as much as physically able to be. Te encouragement and support given to my son has enabled him to progress, and on his bad days the team have shown amazing tolerance and understanding.
