I met Lina and Saba yesterday, I was helping and man in distress that has fallen from his mobility scooter . They were driving past and stopped to help . They didn’t have to but the did an honest public duty . Many cars drove past but they stopped and stayed with my stand the gentleman until he was back up and running on his scooter . Chiltern Heakrhcare were appointed at the end of December to provide home care for my 90 year old uncle, Peter Rothon. He has a mental health condition and more recently dementia. The carers have been extremely kind in their care of him but in addition their support in collecting prescriptions, administering medications and supporting him in his personal care has been exemplary. I live a long distance away from my uncle and so knowing he is being so well supported is very reassuring. More...

We, the London based family, haven’t met the team due to current restrictions on travel. But the team-leader has set up a WhatsApp group for closest relatives and the care team themselves. The communication seems very good and the team sound caring, concerned and very responsive. We look forward to meeting the care team to thank them in person for their hard work. More...

I have to admit that I was very nervous leaving my brother in Chiltern's hands because due to circumstances (this was before the virus) I didn't get to meet anyone.
To anyone reading this or having doubts about the service offered here, don't. This company has gone above and beyond regarding help, dealing with medication, appointments, food, drink, my concerns, just about everything and anything. They have allowed us the much needed recoup and rest that both myself and my husband needed and then with the virus and lockdown happening they have provide amazing care and attention.
To say thank you to all the staff is not enough but all that I can do. Bless you all, take care, be safe and once again thank you so much.
