All I need to say..is that I am TOTALLY PLEASED!! I had 2 separate AC units cooling my house, 23 and 24 years old, and BOTH failed within 6 months of each other. Mike worked with us to find the best unit at our price point, and Danny did a great job with installation (He also left the work area cleaner than when he started). Cold AC is a necessity in South Florida & when mine went out during a 95 degree day, I was terrified. As with everything, I started researching in hopes I would find a reputable repairman. Third time was the charm when I called Chills. The two companies who came to quote me before them told me I needed a new unit & I was even hesitant to let one guy in.I spoke with Chris from Chills and within an hour, a specialist was troubleshooting my unit. Abraham was courteous & knowledgeable, resolving my issue without having to replace the unit. 6 months later and my place is still Chilly :D I had too, they're awesome.If you're sitting in a hot house, save yourself the headache and just call the guys at Chills first. I cannot rate this AC outfit too highly. Price, quality, professionalism, timeliness, results -- all there. We had been working with another AC company trying to keep a 15 year old unit working. Unfortunately, after babying it to the tune of about $1000, it died. We thought the replacement estimate was a little high so we sought an additional AC contractor. To our good fortune, that contractor turned out to be Chills. The first step was to determine the best fit for our circumstances. They listened to our parameters and came back with several options. They had one of the owners (Mike) come by and verify that the office estimates would work with our setup. We decided on a predominantly US-made system (Trane) and their installed price was about $1500 less than that of our original AC contractor. Once decided, we needed it installed. This being Miami,we had been without AC for over a week. They were able to schedule it same week and installed it as promised. Very satisfied. Chills is highly recommended. More...

It is very difficult to find reliable contractors and service providers in Miami. They usually show up, present you a solution, collect a down payment and pray they finish the work. The AC contractors are no different. However, when it comes to Chills AC the experience is different. Their professionalism, honesty and execution is flawless from my experience.
