They come out two us within one day of requesting a quote, provide advice on the best type of unit to have in the server room and gave us a very competitive price. Just had a wall air conditioning unit fitted in our loft conversion bedroom as it gets very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We were very impressed with Dominic and his team of fitters. Chill Air have recently installed some air conditioning units in our home and the service they provided was excellent. Dominic responded to our initial enquiry promptly and fit in our initial survey at a time to suit us. We had quite a few queries which he took the time to answer thoroughly, he was friendly and didn’t use any pushy sales techniques. Brandon and Corey did the installation for us - they were prompt, professional, clean and tidy. The weather was against them when it came to doing the external part of the work, but they carried on despite the pouring rain! The units themselves look smart and all the pipework is well concealed in very neat and minimal trunking. From initial contact with Dominic, to completion of the installation of our bedroom air conditioning unit by Brandon and Corey, we were completely satisfied by the service we received. Response to our initial inquiry was prompt and Dominic took time to explain everything to us. Installation was performed very efficiently by the two fitters, who also worked neatly and tidied up everything afterwards. The unit looks great in the bedroom and the outside unit is unobtrusive at ground level with quality trunking concealing the pipework and cabling to the upstairs entry point.
