My son came to child therapy with low self esteem and anxiety issues . He enjoyed coming here every week as it is such a welcoming and friendly environment. As the weeks progressed you could see the changes in his confidence. He has just completed his sessions and has now become a more confident, able to express himself better, child. He has been given the tools to help with his anxiety, which he has used successfully, and can continue to use in life.
