The Chicks are the best! I am very extremely sensitive to gluten (Celiac) and must maintain a strict gluten-free diet. Their homemade gluten-free crust tastes just like regular! Yum! Yum! They are extra careful to ensure that no cross-contamination occurs. The Chicks' flatbread pizzas (gluten free and regular) are beyond compare! Pizza, flatbread, whatever you call it -- amazing! The one I've tried so far (as I plan to have many more) was the breakfast pizza with an egg on top and chicken sausage. And the eggs from their coop? Amazing. These Chicks should teach the rest of the world to cook! Everything was in balance -- the flavor and the texture and it wasn't heavy and molten, as some pizzas can be. My mouth is watering just thinking about it and now I can't wait to try more. More...
