I have been researching about Microblading for almost a year now. I found Chicago microblading through Instagram and have followed Havy's work since. I love what I see and it gets better everytime I look at her work so I finally took the plunge and book an appointment!  My eyebrows were thin and sparse and had no shape whatsoever (just so you guys have an idea), so I know I definitely NEED microblading. Everything went smoothly - from booking the appointment, the online consultation, and the procedure itself. Havy was professional, thorough, warm and an expert at her technique, detail and care.  From the beginning of my appointment she carefully laid out each step, her process, reviewed color, style, definition and we discussed what was complimentary to my face.  She mapped out my eyebrows and checked and re-checked that I was in agreement every step of the way. This was the longest part which I appreciate because that's what I'm here for - symmetrical brows!! She went over post-procedures, provided information to reach out to her if need be and gave suggestions what she would possibly refine at the follow-up appointment. On a side note, because I've done my research, I know going into that it would last me up to a year or a year and a half most. Then I would probably have to go back for a touchup, which I don't mind. I mean its definitely better than going to get a hair touchup every 4-6weeks or 3-4 months. I loveee my eyebrows and the shape is everything!!! I also can sleep in a little more and not have to wake up early just to fill in my eyebrows like before! I don't even have to worry about swimming in the water wondering if my eyebrows are still there lolOverall, I recommend Havy at Chicago Microblading 100%. Havy did such an AMAZING job on my eyebrows its crazy how much different (in a good way) i look after getting them done. I got the 6D advanced microblading and it looks so natural and the shape is PERFECT! havy is a huge perfectionist at her job so you know they will exceed your expectations. Its so easy now to get ready in the morning with my brows already full and done. She is super friendly and has such a great attitude! She made me feel so comfortable. Havy does wonderful work! She is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. She talks you through each of the steps she is going to make/do. She has a wonderful sense of humor and is very easy to talk to. She makes you feel very comfortable. Havy also ensures that every client is happy. When a touch up is needed she will make sure to handle touch ups quickly and perfectly. I absolutely love the shape and look of my new eyebrows! Havy does explain clearly that it is semi permanent so you will need to return regularly to have touch ups. I chose Havy to do my brows because I saw that she was capable of doing brows for all different walks of life. Microblading is quite truly an art, and having the right eye for features that can truly enhance and amplify the facial features and beauty isn't something you want to just rely on anyone for. ..and this woman is who I trust with for my care and reassurance for results that are extraordinary. I have had so many people stop me with flattering comments on my brows. The brow strokes etched are remarkably done, and it takes someone who is greatly detailed to achieve such results. I'm truly blessed and grateful to have found this lady. My brows had been sparse with bare spots that wouldn't grow back after years of over-tweezing. She was able to fill them in for a more natural appearance and shape them to compliment my eyes and other facial features so I can look and feel my best on a daily basis (I really sucked at penciling my brows in every AM). I first went to Havy in 2016 when she had just started her microblading business. I did not see Havy for my first touch-up until last week, which was TWO YEARS after my first appointment. The average touch-up time is about a year and Havy did such an amazing job that my eyebrows looked flawless for 2 years. Words cannot express how happy I was with the finished result. Havy truly cares about her clients and even remembered every detail of our interaction two years ago. She is so passionate and even she teaches others who want to learn how to microblade. First and foremost, Havy is the BEST artist I have ever met. She is a true artist who takes pride in her work. With that being said, she takes the time to listen to what my desired look would be, ensuring that the measurement matched my ideal shape, and taking her time to cater my needs. I am extremely conscious and picky when it comes to anything being done on my face and Havy did an amazing job of reassuring me. I felt bad that I took more of her time (appointment scheduled for two hours) and as a result she was running behind schedule - this proves that Havy definitely wants to ensure that her clients leave happy (which I did!) After leaving her salon, I had a bunch of questions and concerns due to my sensitive skin. Havy was very diligent with her instructions and was very insightful by educating me more about the process. Havy is extremely professional and is definitely true to her words. I absolutely trust her professional recommendations! Prior to going to Havy, I had received consultation at another salon. They did not take half the time as Havy did with measuring my eyebrows and ensuring that this is the look I was looking for. Obviously, that didn't work out - but this situation has guided me to Havy's salon. After getting the procedure done, I have received so many compliments, even from many professionals in the beauty industry! Havy is amazing at what she does! Not only that, she's a very sweet person. She was right on time for my appointment. I was nervous but she made me feel so comfortable. My eyebrows were very different from each other, different arch, one higher than the other. I really didn't know if it was possible to get them to be twins, but after I saw the outline she drew, I almost wanted to cry...they were PERFECT! I got combo brows- microblading in the front and ombre. As far as the process goes, I won't say it was pain free but i can't really say it was painful. I have a very low pain tolerance so if you have a higher tolerance it probably will feel like nothing to you. At any rate, it was bearable. Havy uses single use packaged needles/blade, and all equipment looked very clean. You can tell she loves what she does and really wants to make her clients happy. She was as excited as I was with my results. It is nice to wake up with perfect brows every day, and saves time and effort now that I dont have to draw them on every day to correct the unevenness. I wish I would have went to her sooner! There were people a little cheaper and closer to home, but sorry, it's my face and mistakes can't be covered up like a bad tattoo. I HIGHLY recommend Chicago Microblading for permanent makeup solutions. After searching for months for someone to give me 6D eyebrows I decided on CM. Very professional, personable, clean, and skilled. My eyebrows are perfect and fit MY face, wish I would've done this years ago! I chose CM because of the location, free parking, the time to book and get a response, portfolio of other "before and after's", experience, yelp/google reviews, and most importantly her credentials and updated sanitation license. I cannot honestly say enough good things about Havy! I unfortunately was not born with bushy brows and am constantly having to fill them in on a daily basis. Finally a friend recommended that I make an appointment with her and it was SO WORTH IT. First of all, this woman really takes her time with you before even touching you. She was so patient with me and I'm not sure why I'm hearing that she uses an iPhone because I had proper measurements taken before we continued on. Havy was extremely professional but what really stood out to me the most was her empathetic approach and patience. She is a perfectionist and I could tell right away, due to how detailed she was with my brows.... especially because like I said, my brows are extremely light! I wasn't exactly sure what shape would go best with me but we tried a few different approaches and we worked together on what I think suited me best. Not only did my experience go well, but I appreciated the fact that she went over all the after care with me in extreme detail prior to my appointment for the actual service. This gave me time to properly prepare for how to treat them afterwards. It's now been a month and I'm in LOVE with my brows. This woman really cares about the quality of her work and I value that so much, especially since it's my face (we all know how scary it can be to trust somebody with your face!!) At first I wasn't sure, I was kinda reluctant to get micro blading, I was so scared because I've seen different good and bad pictures. You know it's not something you can hide, you can't hide your eye brows. Well, thank God I did, I'm so glad I got them done.
