Erika met with my wife and I for sample tasting. She was professional and personable. We couldn't have asked for a better point person for our wedding cake. The cake itself was spectacular and exactly what we wanted. As tradition goes, we had planned to save the top for our 1 year anniversary in August 2018, but Erika offered to bake us a fresh top just for that occasion. Amazing service and a great value.
