How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
I believe you are “ What you eat”. The cells In your body are being replaced using the nutrients that you’re consuming every day. it’s estimated that over the next 10 years every cell your body could’ve been replaced !
You literally are a function of everything you’ve eaten or drunk in the last 10 years. Therefore it’s never too late to change and I’ve experienced this for myself, with my family and friends, and with clients.
Coaching is an alternative way to help you live a healthier lifestyle which allows you to make the best decisions for your body and your situation. I’ve also developed a unique programme for clients interested in making major life-changing decisions about their health and well-being.
What do you love most about your job?
I know it is a bit cliched but seeing my clients transform and achieve their goals. Coaching is such a joy because you learn so much from every client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to change my career after 17 years in business development and marketing and become a Coach. I set up Chi Coaching having completed my
initial training as a Coach in 2004. Initially working in the media and entertainment industry - I published my first book in 2007 called "Release the star within you" about those experiences. I started working with clients in 2009 to help achieve weight loss, health gain and well being.
