I’ve had many people move me but this company has done the best job thus far and I definitely recommend them. They were here on time and finish on time. They moved my business for me and I have a lot of special and expensive items and they didn’t scratch, dent or break any of them. I had a 3 man crew and they were all polite. First and foremost, id like to thank this company for helping me on such a short notice i had to move out of my apartment by 3pm sharp. I called chester county movers at 12pm and they arrived and was ready to work. The guys were very respectful and organized. Everything was wrapped neatly and packed professionally. Despite these ridiculous ratings, I just recently used this company and I was very pleased with every staff member I came in contact with as well as the service they offered. Excellent timing! Due to continuous letters of eviction, I was forced to move out of my apartment into another unit. Living alone, I couldnt find anyone to help me move furniture and other objects. This company was highly recommended to me by a coworker, I was a little apprehensive due to previous reviews, however my coworker reassured me they were great. This place was FANTASTIC. I rarely review, but I feel they deserve it. And before people say it, I am NOT affiliated with this company, I just figured they needed a good review for their great job! My husband was there the day of the move and he said he was very impressed. They were very efficient, respectful of our items and got the job done fast and properly. My husband has no problem calling people/companies out on their issues, but he had nothing but praise for them. Even hand wrote a great review. There were a few times I needed to contact the company prior to the move and they got back to me within 1-2 business days and helped me with every silly question I had. The people in the office even went out of their way to contact me about something on the contact. I was so worried about getting movers after hearing horror stories, but these guys were GREAT!! I would definitely recommend them again and again. If they can please my husband and I, they deserve the 5 stars!!! Keep up the great work folks!! More...

These guys were awesome! I hired them at the last minute (shame on me), the office girl was so accommodating. I called at about 12pm last Monday and needed to move Tuesday, she worked with me and even stayed late in the office awaiting my paperwork. She set it up so the guys would get to me between 9-10am, the crew arrived about 20 minutes after 9 and were very friendly and professional. I had a 5 bedroom home to move with a lot of heavy pieces. I would give this company a 4 out 5 based off of my own reviews and others' reviews. The back office for this company is terrible. They will flag your phone number at some point and just stop responding/answering your calls. They also will refrain from giving you any real information when you ask, ex. the managers name. No one there seems to want to take any responsibility for anything. I movers came 3 hours late to pick up our furniture but this was because the back office didnt inform them that they had a job that needed to be done. The only reason i am not giving the company a lower rationg is solely on the fact that the movers themselves were more than helpful, kind, and all around great guys. They drove with our furniture over 3 hours to our new house and stayed till 12a.m. the next day to help umpack our stuff not slowing down or mistreating our furniture. If you are going to use this company I would ask for Ben, Bill, Brian, Juan, Lou, or Stellon. They were all great and defied the other bad reviews this company has from other customers. Unfortunately, that does not meen the company does not have other employees who will be careless with your furniture and not be as helpful. I can say though if you ask for anyone of those 6 guys they will exceed your expectations. I wanted to share my experience with Chester County movers. I had a settlement and moving date all set up for a month when unforseen circumstances changed the settlement date. I called Karol to notify her of this last minute change and she was terrific! I was panicking at the thought that they would not be available for the new move date. She just said that give us the new time and date, and they will be there. The crew she sent for the move were awesome! They were professional, courteous, and beat my own estimated move time by an hour. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
