I’ve gotta say, your ladies (Megan and Natalie) have been incredible. The house really was was not in a good way and we're working through a few rooms at a time. They were lovely, polite and not phased by the mammoth task that laid ahead of them. They’ve exceeded our expectations. I have never been so happy to be let down in my life. The cleaner I'd booked before let me down. I did research, chose this great company. And was I so happy? Absolutely. The cleaning that did was absolutely amazing. I'm ill with fibromyalgia and haven't been able to clean properly for a while but the girls took it in their stride. I can honestly say I have never seen my house looking so good. Ever. They were amazing, and so pleasant with me. Respectful and asked permission to move upstairs or if I was where they needed to clean to ask me to move.I am so impressed with the work these girls did. They cleaned and cleaned. The owner takes the calls and makes it personal, it didn't feel like I was dealing with a faceless company and the cleaner really cares about the clients. Looking like a crack-den, the previous tenant's left the property in such a state it would have made Channel 4s fearless cleaning duo Kim and Aggie wince. As TV's ageing rubberglove clad celebrity cleaner's never return my calls, I use the younger, equally qualified and much more approachable Cheshire Cleaning Experts instead. Jess is my local cleaning expert in Hazel Grove and to say I was impressed is an understatement. Due to work commitments me and my wife just don't get the time to attend to everything as much as we would like to and we decided to give Cheshire Cleaning Experts a call after we received a letter through the door. We where always wary about getting a cleaner as well, you don't know who's coming to your house, but after a 15 minute consultation and quote with Jess she managed to reassure us with her expertise, confidentiality, and was able to even provide us with a CRB check. I wont use anyone else now. The amount of work she does really does not seem possible in the amount of time allocated. We provide all our own equipment and supplies unless you prefer us to use your own.
What do you love most about your job?
We love taking the stress away from our customers who often have very busy lives. The feedback we get is second to none.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a hectic lifestyle as a successful salesman and needed the service myself. There where certain aspects of the industry I felt I could improve on and it snowballed from there. I have just bought my second company due to the success of our first where the staff specialize in end of tenancy cleans. This company is called the diamond service.
