Brilliant service, i had my furniture in storage for nearly 14 months due to building works taking place at my new home, i would recommend this company, my furniture came out of storage just as i had left it with not a spec of dust on it, i was truelly amazed and delighted, the service and efficiency of the gentlemen who came yesterday to deliver it back to us was 1st class, thankyou Cheshire West and Cheshire Removals, i will be recommending you to all x

On the day of our move the A team arrived on time and as promised.We had six guys who were full of enthusiasm to get the job done. Everyone was very polite and took care to keep our new home as clean as it started out. We had an enormous amount of stuff in a 4 bed house and it was cleared start to finish in less than 3 hours. Contracted to collect ex display kitchen from Northwich to deliver to Callington Cornwall. Long story involving half tonne granite island up two flights of stairs - not what expected. These guys handled everything without fuss and sorted out the showroom to make it ready as expected. Even when store asked them to collect it on an earlier date they did - and we didn't know until the planned delivery day. Lovely surprise that our delivery was in the morning of the due date as they set off at5.30am. Absolutely no complaints about these smiling, happy, efficient guys. All I can say about this company is AMAZING. Steve and Matt came to our house with 2 vans at 8am on our removal day. They worked so hard and didn't stop and it was literally one of the hottest days too. They had both vans loaded so quickly and we just called them to say we had the keys and they came straight to our new house and loaded everything back into place. They were so precise and didn't just put the furniture just anywhere they asked where we would like it all. This company in my opinion has everything you need to make your day run smoothly. Thank you so much for helping us with our move. We have two young children so not much time to pack and move our things so we booked the full packing and removal service. Well I cannot fault the team! We had to change our moving date at last minute but they were very accommodating and understanding and made alternative arrangements for us immediately. Well what can we say we have used Andy, Steve and lads 3 times in last 12 months for both long distance and short distance removals. Nothing is too much trouble. During the last move we had particularly challenging personal circumstances which meant we needed them to pack the house also which they did fantastically! Can't say enough about them, they are respectful, honest, reliable and will do anything they can to genuinely help. Thanks for everything you have done for us.... You know who we are! We came across by them by chance when Pickfords let us down on the busiest removal weekend of the year but they sorted everything for us and we are delighted Pickfords messed it up otherwise we wouldn't have met this team!!! Just like to say a big thanks to the guys at Cheshire west removals for making our house move a stress free day, Steve and the team were great, we had all our packing materials in advance so we were able to get ourselves organises before our removal, and I just have to add that these lads worked really hard and we were in our new home with out fault and within plenty of time to be able to get ourselves sorted before we had to go back to work, thanks again and will highly recommend to my family, friends and work colleagues.Regards Kerry.

Hi, Steve This email should’ve been sent on Tuesday, but my phone/internet reconnection was delayed. Anyway, I wanted to send my sincerest thanks for the amazing service your company provided with my move last week. The 2 lads who did the removal were superb at their jobs, and friendly (with all my family) throughout, I cannot fault them in any way. They never complained once, even though the move into my new home was awkward to say the least (I forgot to mention a stairlift in the new property). They treated my old & new homes with the utmost respect, and my furniture/contents were very well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on your company again if the need arises. Awesome service! These guys are great, they quoted a very competitive rate against other companies they supplied all the packing materials in advance so we could get organised ready for our removal they arrived at my property in Davenham on time and me and my husband couldn't believe how hard they worked we will certainly recommend them to friends family or people who are looking to move home, if you decide to use this company you won't be disappointed.

upon contacting cheshire west removals two men came out to quote the job having contacted other removal companies and having no formal quotation i decided that these where the guys for me they arrived on time and carried out the removal as promised these guys are very friendly with a positive attitude i would certainly use this company again and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of moving.
