I meet Paul today for some much needed reiki, I can thoroughly recommend him, he is a gifted healer and gave me lots of help with clearing energy and accepting life's experiences. Lots of tears.

Q&As

Helping people of all ages to step into their own power. In a ceremony I gently remove emotional energy blocks away from the body and facilitate the process of healing, As a facilitator and healer I hold a safe space for rest, processing and integration.

After I completed my training as a facilitator, I felt the energetic pull to bring awareness to people about Ceremonial Cacao as a plant medicine, I know by helping people to dive deep into their subconscious using journeying as key and Cacao to unlock the door of their heart.

I am conscious of what the client needs are and never force anything that is not asked for. Using plant medicine is a big responsibility and aftercare is essential to the healing process.
