I love this pet sitting service. Jamie's watched my 3 cats and my 1 dog for an extended vacation and a weekend away. My dog has some separation issues, and doesn't trust any other person yet but me. Jamie came over twice before she pet sit for me to get used to Lola and vice versa. She sent me pictures every day and gave me a report on Lola. It really REALLY put my mind at ease knowing my babies were being well taken care of and visited on a regular basis. This has been a life safer for me given I travel quite regularly. These people are WONDERFUL. Jamie, her husband, and whole team have proven to be such a invaluable resource and relief for us and our little fur family. They have taken care of our 2 big dogs, 1 cat, 2 guinea pigs and fish now on multiple occasions for day time potty breaks as well as overnight stays. We were nervous at first to go on vacation and leave them, but they treat your pets exactly like they are their own. They even provided help with training our one dog with his food issues! Jamie and her staff are excellent caregivers and are extremely considerate in taking the best care of our cat, Annabelle, and of keeping in touch with us while we are away. Even though Annabelle is shy, they speak with a calm, kind voice to her near her hiding spot so she gets used to them. Jamie was great! First, she went totally out of her comfort zone to bring our fur babies to our wedding and look after them so everyone could enjoy there time and our puppies could still be part of our big day. THEN we ran into a huge problem with the sitter we had selected to watch our puppies while in our honeymoon. I text Jamie last minute and she drove 1 hour out of her way to go pick them up from the failed sitter and keep them for the rest of the week at her home, no questions asked. She truly had the Well-being of or puppies in mind. She sent daily updates and texts not only to us, but to my mother who was concerned about the puppies as well. We returned to happy and tired babies, I would highly recommend her services!
