I stupidly spilled some black oily substance on my new hall carpet. Chem- Dry quickly shifted the stain and it is now as good as new. Excellent work!

Once again John "restored" our living room carpet which takes quite a lot of traffic from grandchildren and others! The service is thorough and relatively quick (driers help speed it up, compared to many years ago when the carpet took ages to dry). Excellent service all round. Thanks John. More...

. John drove down to our house while we were away on holiday which is about 55 miles away. He spent a good part of the day removing pet stains from our very thick pile carpets which had built up over 3 years and in some areas it was very noticeable and quite bad. I know that in the past most carpet firms can't remove these and you need PROFESSIONALS. Not these silly cheap ones you see advertised on our smartphones in pop ups. (4 carpets for £90!) You need the well established PROFESSIONAL. we heard about John through recommendation and also on Google. I wanted the best to get it done first time and also someone who gets their hands on chemicals that you can't buy yourself.. He called me a few times on holiday which I told him he could and he told me what he would be doing and informed us of what he would do. He is a consummate perfectionist and really knew his stuff (I used to think a carpet to be cleaned was easy. Errr no. It's much harder than you think) We come back 3 days later and the carpets are unrecognisable, I thought he'd replaced them behind our back!!! STUNNING IS THE Word. ABSOLUTELY STUNNED HOW GOOD A JOB HE DID. He's at the top of my phone favourites for anything ever again. More...

John came to our rescue and managed to remove make up from our daughters brand new carpet (which she tried to clean up by herself and made it 100% worse by rubbing it in). He then protected our carpets and suite so future spillages clean off easily. Highly recommend. More...
