Suze is an absolute lifesaver. She regularly walks my two dogs and also boards them when I am away. She is extraordinarily flexible such that she makes herself available whenever needed, including picking up the dogs from the groomers in a pinch. We found ourselves having to unexpectedly leave town last year, and needed to find at short notice a boarding place for twelve days for our much-loved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Suzy responded quickly to my request, and all the arrangements for our Cavalier's boarding stay were made within a day. Her attention to detail was terrific, but what really impressed us with Chelsea Hounds was the personal attention our Cavalier received during her stay. In fact, our Cavalier was treated as a member of Suzy's family and was generously spoiled to long walks in the countryside, fantastic care and attention. We were extremely pleased with Suzy's personal touch and we were able to fully focus on our out-of-town trip knowing that our Cavalier was in excellent and professional hands. Chelsea Hounds offer a great and loving service for my two Westies, a service that goes beyond the scope of what I expected. They are always picked up on time and are very vocal about any issues that the dogs may be having. My two dogs are always at the door, waiting excitedly for their walk. I would highly recommend their service for daily doggy walks, and also, for overnight stays, as I have always had a great experience. More...
