A healthy way of eating (not just 'what' we eat but 'how' and 'when' (and often 'why'!) influences most things in our lives, from behaviors to mood and organ function. Food, hydration and supplementation are at the heart of preventing disease, and because they affect so many other things (e.g. a sugar rich diet may interfere with the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system creating ups and downs, mood variations, tiredness, etc and less resilience to stress and illness. The connections are endless, and since we know they are there, it makes sense to work on better patterns even if we don't quite understand how they interplay!

Seeing people amazed at what they have achieved, which they never even imagined before and knowing that I helped facilitating this discovery.

The lack of ethical, objective and results oriented services which I experienced as a customer myself.
If we are paying for something, we should know what results to expect, measure them and get the help we need to achieve them - whether it is to stop pain, to become an Olympic athlete or to loose 30Kg... it doesn't matter the goal, but it matters to have a committed team of professionals supporting that goal.
