I am very happy with the service I have received from Chelmsford counselling and Therapy Centre.
At first I was contacted by the lady in charge who asked a few questions who then matched me with one of her therapists.
I was matched with Cindy who I have currently had 4 sessions with. I found her to be genuine and generally really nice. She has helped me a lot to understand the feelings I was feeling and why. If I could rate them higher I would.

I love to see people grow and develope and make positive changes in their lives. I also love helping people reach their full potential
What inspired you to start your own business?
We used to work for MIND in Chelmsford and when the Office was closed in June 2015 we felt that we wanted to continue to provide the residents of Chelmsford with afforable Counselling in the centre of town.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Staggered appointment times, cleaning rooms before and after each client . Hand sanitizers and hand washing facilities avaiable . All consulting rooms offer social distancing
