Chef Laura also happens to be my Cousin. She literally started learning and preparing excellent food experiences along with her father (an incredible chef himself) at an early age. I have entrusted her with several important functions often from across the country and am never disappointed. Everything is fresh and always presented in an unique way. I've called on Chef Laura for three different events: a corporate retirement party with over 60 guests, a casual birthday party for my husband with over 40 guests and my daughter's wedding with over 200 guests. Each time Chef Laura impressed with creative presentations and delicious offerings. The wedding was a particular challenge as the venue did not have a kitchen, yet Chef Laura had the skills and ingenuity to deliver a bountiful and beautiful buffet. I've been to a number of events catered or organized (and catered!) by Chef Laura and she always delivers whether it be a small back yard wedding or a big one Italian style. The food is excellent. No kidding her salmon is the best, done to perfection! She and her staff are friendly, professional and do the job right.
