Cédric Roul provided a property valuation of our let flat in Walton upon Thames and our 4 bedroom house in Claygate. Cédric also commented on our international property near Vancouver Canada in regard to our UK holdings.
Cédric took particular care by taking the time to educate us about mortgages, the current market, ideas on sales and purchase, costings for sales and purchases including stamp duty, agent, solicitors fees and extras. Also commenting on the value of loft conversions and verandas regarding future sales. This gave us a well rounded view of the overall market state and how we will proceed in the future.
Cédric took extensive time with me to talk about mortgage porting and increasing property value for sale.
As a new UK resident with little knowledge of the housing market or housing valuations his advice was very helpful.
