Scott Fletcher has been phenomenal every step of the way! How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We request a few details about the clients function, their tastes and preferred service style. Once we have this information we put together a bespoke menu based on our experience and engage with our clients to refine it into the perfect menu for them.
What do you love most about your job?
We believe that the flavours of great tasting food is at the heart of all memorable occasions. We love the incredible feeling of our clients feedback, seeing and hearing their joy as they enjoy our food and desserts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 20 years of being in the corporate world, I was encouraged by family, friends and colleagues to take the plunge and share my passion for cooking, baking and entertaining by running my own business.
