What’s your signature dish?
We do a lot of BBQing. Our Tri-Tip and Chicken Dinner option on our website has been the most popular. Everyone raves over it and the affordability of the dinner. Our menus on our website are the most popular choices of our clients.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I will personally consult with you. As the owner it makes the consultations more personal versus using a catering manager. I will discuss your ideas with you and create a menu for there.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy constantly meeting new people. It's never just another job to me. It's as an honor to be a part of your day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At the time I was a personal chef for a prominent family. I was constantly being asked if I could cater their events. I took the leap of faith and opened Chefanelli's Catering and have never looked back.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am personally involved from the initial consultation thru the day of the event. Again it's just not another job it's personal to me.
