Meghan took care of our annual employee Thanksgiving dinner (150+ people) with only three weeks notice and the meal was absolutely fantastic. (Chicken breast, garlic mash potatoes, glazed carrots/corn, two salads, two desserts, sauces, buns etc) The food was hot and flavourful, and servings sizes were generous. Service was impeccable and clean up was done quickly. Best part of all was probably the price - absolutely can't be beat. Coming from out of town and arranging a team dinner, I had no idea which catering company to use. I called several places and Meghan from The Chef's Hat immediately gave me comfort that they would be able to accomodate what I was looking for and on budget. The service was over and above what I expected. First the food was delicious, generous and arrived on time. My team where very happy. Second, I had some non catering related issues that they tried to help solve. Another employee called me out of the blue and made suggestions on how I could solve my problem. We had our annual Christmas lunch at work yesterday. We had lunch for 28 people catered from The Chefs Hat Catering Company. Everything was excellent!!! Turkey was fork tender; potatoes, carrots, dressing and gravy were piping hot; cranberry sauce, rolls with whipped butter and salad were yummy. We also had an assortment of festive desserts that were delicious. I had many compliments on the delicious meal. There was lots of food and everything tasted so great. Meghan and her team at Chef’s Hat catering went out of their way to ensure our wedding reception was perfect. The food was incredible, we had so many people asking us where we got the food because they were so impressed. Everything was fresh and delicious. The team showed up on time, and the customer service was excellent. When the bartender at our event was slammed, they stepped in to help when they didn’t have to.
