I like to provide my clients with completely bespoke menus that suit your requirements, wether that be purely canapés, hot & cold buffets to a 7 course tasting menu. I will meet in person to go through your ideas and what you are looking for then work together to create the perfect menu.

Being a chef isn't one of the easiest jobs but it can certainly be the most rewarding and providing amazing food for my customers and seeing people enjoying themselves is rewarding enough but I do take great pleasure in cooking amazing food which is what I set out to do when I chose this career at the age of 16.

Being a chef consists of long hours and hard work and running your own business certainly does too. Having the freedom to create my own menus and work within different environments can be very rewarding and also fun to do which is why I set out to run my own business to do what I love and have fun doing it too

Working at several restaurants throughout the country I have gathered many different skills and techniques and I strive to use these in all my working I have a Michelin trained background and I can offer food to a very high standard. Wether it be a relaxed gathering with canapés or a fine dining experience with a three course meal, I strive to offer you the very best of British produce combined with very high standards of preparation and finesse.
