Chef Pete was reasonably priced, a great chef, and a good conversationalist. He handled the space perfectly and was efficient. A word of caution, though this is not meant to dissuade anyone from using him, he sometimes finds himself out for a few days and unreachable. Take it from us, don’t let that stress you out. He presented me with a menu the next day and quoted me a reasonable price per person. All 30 attendees were blown away with his food. My wife and I got married in Paris and hired Chef Pete Coleman to cater our local wedding reception. We could not have been more pleased with Pete and his staff. The food was French and delicious and Pete was an absolute dream to work with. He and his staff made sure our reception went perfectly and their service was exceptional.
