50th Birthday! AMAZING!!!!!
Chef Nigel catered my 50th Birthday party for 40 people. Chef Nigel took the time to help me create the menu for my party and give my guests a culinary experience.
The food and presentation was 15 out of 10…. he is truly an amazing Chef and cares about his customers. If you are looking for for an experience that WOW’s you then you need to book NOW! He was AMAZING and I can’t thank him enough for all he did to help me plan the food for my party! I hope to plan a dinner party soon to try more of his creations!

Awesome Birthday Gift from Great Friends
I came home to a wonderful surprise. Great friends of mine booked Nigel to cook for me and my family last night.
What a treat! Nigel is extremely nice and a great conservationist not to mention an amazing chef. Everything we ate was delicious, beautifully and professionally plated and he cleaned everything afterwards. You wouldn’t even know someone cooked in your kitchen!. He even cooked a seperate Vegan dish for one of my kids. We loved it so much we decided to book him for our New Years Eve gathering. I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed!

Chef Nigel was really good, he was very engaged and my guest loved him! The food came out quick and he kept the good times rolling. The salmon sliders were AMAZING and everyone was fighting to get more. The biggest thing was he did a great job leaving my kitchen the way it was before he arrived, I had to do minimal cleaning after our party and that was thanks to Nigel and his professionalism. I want to Thank Chef Nigel for preparing an amazing Birthday Dinner for me and some of my close friends. My Sister Crystal recommended him to me after having an event for herself. Wow, covid had us all restricted so this worked out really well. The food was fresh and amazing! Better than any Resturant i have been to in NYC! Most importantly, Chef Nigel and his staff were professional and engaging!! This was my first time doing something like this but won’t be the last. I had a small dinner party for my birthday celebration and Nigel has exceeded my expectations. He was highly professional, well prepared and the food was OUTSTANDING. We had a four course meal and everything from the appetizer, salad, entrée and desert was delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection 😍. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to open my own business because i wanted to use my talents as a professional chef to cook dishes for my clients that would stimulate all of their senses and leave lasting memories for them and their loved ones for years to come.

I graduated from New York Restaurant School at the top of my class, my blue-chip background spans more than 15 years. My experience includes Chef Director/Executive Chief leadership roles at some of New York city’s most exclusive, fine-dining companies. I served as the Chef Director for the multinational Compass Group, one of the world’s leading restaurant management companies, where I ran corporate dining for several blue-chip, Fortune 500 clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Myself and my entire staff are Fully Vaccinated. All of my staff are required to wear gloves and face coverings during your event. Hand sanitizer will also be supplied for use. We take every precaution to guarantee the well been of our clients.
