Chef Garrin offers amazing culinary experiences in your home, office or event venue, OR in his kitchen over-looking the ocean and the beautiful Halifax Harbour approaches. Chef Garrin specializes in Private Cooking Class Parties, Private Dinner Parties, Corporate Events/Team Building and Catered Events under 50 guests.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our initial discussion will focus on your requirements, putting emphasis on any food allergies or restrictions you may have in your group. We can then proceed to putting together a few options based on your requirements to consider with suggestions based on my experience of over 20 years as a professional chef.
What do you love most about your job?
I love giving my clients a new and exciting opportunity to give their guests an culinary experience they'll never forget.....
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this service only as a part-time job while I worked as a Chef full-time elsewhere, within 2 years my services and reputation became so popular it turned into a full-time opportunity to work for myself. I love to share what I know with others and seeing people enjoy my cuisine/dishes this much is a joy.

I have very high standards, and will never compromise these standards in order to take on an event, as my reputation is at stake. I am very easy to work with to create an event you and your guests will always remember.
