Chef Ella prepared Thanksgiving dinner for my family of 8 - this was the first time I did not make the meal myself in 35 years (I am 57) - I needed to be in Vancouver BC the morning of Thanksgiving so cooking was not possible. Everything heated up perfectly, the instructions were clear, containers perfect, and the food was traditional yet inspired and innovative!

Working with Ella was a complete dream. Typically, being the planner, I am pushing others along through the process but Ella was one step ahead from the beginning. She is quick to respond via email and always kind and accommodating (which is complete bonus when you're working with someone as talented as she is). The menu that Ella created and prepared for our event was creative, within our budget, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I still don't know how she did it! During the event Ella and her team were friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to give our guests the interactive experience we were looking for. It was an unforgettable evening for my clients.
