We LOVED Chef Davids. From the beginning, we knew that they were going to be awesome. Our tasting experience was exceptional. I spoke with Holly on the phone before our tasting and she offered many wonderful suggestions as to what we could have our menu. The tasting was great, chef David sat with us and was very welcoming. I needed to provide a lunch for a small group of family to celebrate my engagement. I had a very limited budget. From the first moment, they were more courteous, more personable and more personal in their handling of the event than anyone else I talked to. They are the most professional of the local caterers I have found, with a solid online presence and a good, active relationship with the better business bureau. They were also honest about their standards and what they were willing to provide. They focus on quality. Even so, they were able to give me a quote within $20 of my target budget. I was expecting the food to be good. What I wasn't expecting was the quality of the presentation. Even though it was just sandwiches, so much care went into making the food look good and not like it was just thrown together. I was very happy with the experience. We hired Chef David for our wedding back on October 12th and he did not disappoint. From the first inquiry, he called a day later and talked about the menu options and what we wanted. He was very helpful in making a menu that we would like and was very prompt and quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. The food was so delicious and we got so many compliments from our guests about the food. The staff were so incredibly friendly and professional too. They also saved us some of our appetizers since we were taking pictures so it was nice that they set some aside for us! The food and professionalism of Chef David was awesome! From the appetizers to the dinner it was really well done! They took my love of diverse foods and came up with a menu that went from Tuscan pizza for apps, Roasted pork (lechone) Peruvian chicken and Cuban rice. They would great about making sure my guest were well taken care of!! Hands down the best wedding food we have ever had, and all our guests and vendors agree!!! Chef David, Tracie, and his entire staff were such an amazing team to work with. They are very communicative, responsive, and overall wonderful people to work with. I can not say thank you enough for the best wedding food!! From the apps, to salad, and dinner we received endless compliments from all our guests. We served beef and salmon, people who don't like salmon ate it and said it was amazing! We wanted to do a family style service and Chef and his team did a fantastic job working with us so we could choose the family style dinner.
