I attended an event today where “Chef Cassy” catered and i was in disbelief with what I saw. For a child FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY she DROPPED OFF hot links and hot dogs which was suppose to be hot dogs and hamburgers. The food came in a foil pan wrapped in aluminum foil. NO BUNS NO CONDIMENTS NOTHING just a foil pan with hot dogs and link that we’re full of grill marks . I wouldn’t even call that catering . Money was paid in advance and this is how you chose to represent a business? I would not recommend not one bit, if you have a girl and hot dogs you’re better off doing it on your own. Chef Cassy along with Chef April catered a birthday party for our family and friends. The Chef's were on time, professional, and very personable. We, as well as our guest, received several compliments on how well they interacted with everyone. The menu Chef Cassy helped us prepare offered a variety of food, drinks, and vegetarian options. The food was great, and the deep fried greens were awesome and is a must have. The pink lemonade and jolly rancher punch were also favorites of our guests. The mini burgers were so good they didn't need any toppings and the Mac n cheese was wonderful. We would definitely use Chef Cassy in the future and will have to make a trip to the Texas State Fair to get some more of her fried greens. More...

Cassie did an outstanding job in making all the food for our wedding! The food was the talk of the wedding and three weeks later I still have people complimenting the food she made. She brought her truck on site so that everything that came out was fresh and hot! The next day she came back out and made brunch for about 20 of my guests and not only was it wonderful but she is a joy and such a talented person to be around.
