What’s your signature dish?
Asian is my favorite cuisine. I have spent many years there. Lots of abroad travel
Signature dishes are Asian, Indian, Italian, and of course Classic American Cuisine
I’m constantly studying, taking master classes and enriching my cuisines.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Menu creation is the most important process of implementing clients visions. Meeting by phone or in- person and truly listening to what’s being asked of you is the first step in menu creation. Choices, choices, choices are the next. You cannot gather one’s taste in one meeting. My goal is to create you a healthful tasty meal that will leave you pleased and satisfied.
What do you love most about your job?
I love pleasing through food (taste and design), attitude, and having a strong work ethic.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Cooking for my family and friends was my life’s work aside from my 9/5. Putting something different and unique on the table using ingredients from my pantry and fridge is my niche.
I took joy in teaching people to be comfortable in their kitchen as much as I am in mine, which ld to teaching. It’s what I enjoy most.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my meals are vacuum sealed after being cooked. I deliver non-contact. Catering is masked and gloved, social distancing is observed. Myself and my employees are COVID tested

Catering to include transport of food, set up of supplies, table scapes, clean up and staff.

Delivering meals from 40 mile radius/50min travel time, from home base in Glen Gardner, Lebanon Township area.
$50 minimum order.
Meals are packaged to be consumed immediately or frozen, all reheat instructions are provided on each meal.
All food is cooked to order with fresh ingredients.
1 days notice is preferred to give time for locally sourced ingredients.
Cooking Classes and Cooking Demonstrations
I come to your location and teach a class or give a demonstration.
In cooking classes food ingredients are provided and included in the fee. You make a reservation, and I give 3-4 menu choices. $45 per student
Demonstrations- food is paid for by the customer and bought by me, the fee is 40 hr.+ food costs.
