My fiancé and I were referred to Cheer Counseling by a friend, who sees Angel. We were initially nervous about counseling, but we are planning to get married soon and we wanted to work on becoming even stronger as a couple. Linda set us up with Demetrius. He is very kind and relatable. After almost 2 months, we have felt progress within our relationship thanks to his help. We would definitely recommend Cheer Counseling and finding someone who you are comfortable with, as we are with Demetrius. More...
Everything is a highlight there. They don't judge, they are caring, they are just all around amazing.
My husband and I started seeing Angel about 2 months ago. We have been skeptical of counselors due to having some bad experiences before. I have to say Angel is one of the most caring and compassionate person I have ever met. He listens to you, he understands you and most of all he cares for his clients. You can tell that helping people is something he truly loves to do and is passionate about. Angel has been a godsend to us, helping us individually as well as a couple. I look forward to our sessions with Angel as he gives me so much hope of positive change with his uplifting words of encouragement. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a little help to make a positive change in your life. But, aside from Angel, Cheer Counseling as a whole is an amazing place. You can tell when you deal with Linda, the owner, she cares about what she does and wants to see people get they help they need at an affordable price. If you need someone to talk to, call them today! You won't be disappointed! More...
No problems, good service and reasonably priced

Linda is very easy to talk to. She helps with more than just listening. She is very engaged in the conversation and helps guides you. Highly recommend her. More...

Linda is really helpful, she answered my questions really quickly. She really cares, and is very patient!
Linda has been very supportive and I have recommended her and Cheer Counseling to a friend already! Linda is very attentive and his is very knowledgable.
Linda is a great counsellor! She is very understanding, supportive, and offers realistic ways to deal with my grief, anxiety, and body image. thanks very much!
Cheer Counseling is incredibly astute at sensing what I'm feeling and thinking. Counseling with they makes me feel like I'm part of a therapeutic alliance. They inspires me to think harder, deeper and better and to dig beyond the obvious. More...
started with a different company for online therapy but they couldn't find me a counselor after a week of waiting. Once I made the switch to Cheer Counseling, I was linked with a therapist right away. I am happy I made the switch, and I feel confident that I found a counselor that understands my needs. More...
Linda has helped me through a difficult time in my life, and she made me realize that somethings I hadn't thought about were actually the root of the way I think and act. She helped me to assess my emotions differently in a way that will make a positive change in my life. More...
Honestly, I hate counseling but Linda make it worth it. She is an amazing counsellor! She listens, gives good feedback and does not judge you at all. I really like Linda and recommend her if your having relationship problems or struggling with a mental illness. More...
Linda Falkner is a wonderful counselor. She is caring, quite insightful, highly skilled, and greatly respects the client. I have used her for quite some time now and she has always understood how to help me. I have made good progress. I have had years of psychoanalysis, and while it is great to understand ourselves and from where our issues derive, it is hard to transfer that knowledge into real life. I do CBT with Linda and her skills and talents have helped me in very practical ways with the people and situations in my life. I feel quite lucky to work with her. More...
My experience with Cheer Counseling is very positive. The counselor helps me to reflect on my problems I share with him and offers sources like books or articles that might help me get a better understanding of the issues we discuss. He brings topics and experiences from real life to help me get a perspective. Last but not least, the counselor checks in, in case some longer time passes and I have not come back to his last message, and he does it in a gentle and kind way simply asking whether I am okay and assuming that I am keeping busy in my life. I feel listened to, and supported, and inspired. More...

I have been completely impressed with and wholly satisfied with Cheer Counseling services up to this point. Of all the ways I might characterize Linda Falkner, I would say that first and foremost, she is highly-qualified, and secondly, that she is very comfortable and a pleasure to engage with. Through our online message-based sessions, Linda has shown a patient willingness to be both my ally and trusted mentor on my particular issues, and I've always been able to count on her to speak from his breadth of clinical experience, as well as from his heart in ways that continually seem to connect with my own personal way of looking at the world--from my eyes. She is open, honest, compassionate, and goal-oriented to work with me in understanding the complex nature of my unique concerns, and she always seems successful in innocuously nudging me in the direction of empowering *myself* to develop strategies that ultimately work for me. I'd recommend Linda for virtually anyone, and I happily look forward to continuing our sessions until they have run their fateful course. More...
Linda is incredibly respectful and positive, she actively contacts me to check on my mental health and I love that she is so caring and understanding. She certainly helps me a lot. I am currently out of touch online so I cannot wait to be able to talk with her again and start using her techniques and applications to grow mentally and physically. More...
Linda was very quick to understand some of my issues. She responded very quickly, elegantly and in depth. Her responses help me to really elucidate some of the issues going through my head and definitely encouraged me to talk further and engage in a very protective and safe environment. I would highly recommend her and hope I will be able to talk to her again soon. Her obvious intelligence and empathy and ability to gauge problems being expressed has been extremely helpful so far; so I hope to continue talking! More...
My cheer Counseling is a constant voice of support, and is always there to talk to. She is considerate, weighs out a situation, and provides tailored help based on each client's individual circumstance. She is even-keeled and positive in nature. She listens well, responds quickly, and will even reach out if you haven't written in a while. I recommend her, and think this forum is a great way to work with her and is a great value. More...
Dr. Linda is an amazing Therapist! She shares different perspectives that I could not see and therefore, helped me become unstuck! She is compassionate, empathetic, and most importantly to me, non judgmental! Since I never feel a shred of judgment, I'm allowed to feel however I feel and never feel in the wrong for having those feelings! It's ok to just be! The best feeling in the world is for someone to acknowledge it's ok to feel the way you do. More...

Mrs Linda, Angel, Shaima and Maite have been amazing for our family. It is an extended family members that we can count on to help myself and my family sort out through some struggles and put us back in the right track. We can't thank them enough for being flexible and understanding. Their help goes beyond a job or career, it's a calling. More...
Great experience from start to finish. Linda helped my wife and I immensely. Sometimes all it takes is someone neutral to see the differences and open both parties eyes to them. I would recommend CHEER to anyone looking for counseling, and if I ever needed it again, I would be right back at CHEER. More...
Linda Faulkner is a very knowledgeable and experienced counselor at Cheer Counseling. She was able to ease my anxiety of having to see a therapist and is easy to talk to. She is very attentive to both verbal and nonverbal communication such as body language during a session and is able to communicate what your body language reflects versus the words that may be coming out of your mouth. I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to accommodate our schedules. If asked, I would recommend her to others. More...

My wife had to drag me to counseling. Once there the OFFICE staff helped me feel comfortable. We have never had a problem with scheduling. Keep in mind these are independent counselors so sometimes there other schedules get double booked. It is not Cheer's fault. They always take the time to accomodate and correct any situation. I pass out their cards to everyone I meet. More...
