I would like to say a big thank you to the two big strong boys from the Dream Team. They arrived on time and even though I only had one room (which was quite full) and a few other bits to move, they managed to move all my things in half an hour. They were very polite, respectful and helpful. They reached my destination before me and nearly all my things were already unpacked when I got there, I would highly recommended them, and am using them again next week. I recently used your service in West Kensington and I felt compelled to email you with some feedback.

A really lovely gentleman called Pablo attended this job and he could not have been more helpful. Not only that but nothing was too much trouble for him and he completed the job (not easy, many stairs, hot day) with such a lovely helpful disposition.

Even if I shopped around and found a cheaper price, nothing is worth more than helpful service and with such a pleasant, helpful chap.

I will definitely use you again.

Generally very good though one of the guys could have been a little stronger and taken the initiative more. Both were good humoured despite the pressure and tried their best to be helpful, including removing a sash window.
I would recommend though it could have been a little faster - some more training might help. A previous occasion was much faster (though they didn't have to remove the window) as they guys seemed better trained. These guys were willing though and good workers. More...
