Cheadle Bride is a truly wonderful shop with an amazing and attentive team. We stumbled in out of the snow as we were looking in the window and were fit into their busy schedule without warning. I had been trying dresses on all day and couldn't find what I wanted and then, the lovely lady who owned it asked me to try a different style as she thought she had a dress I would like. I tried it on and it was perfect. Absolutely perfect.They communicated to me throughout the whole process and were just amazing from start to finish. I had a little hiccup during an alteration and they could not do enough to help me out. The dress got so many comments on the day and I felt like a princess. This is The best shop in the world! Gwen helped me in every possible way and made me feel as I was the princess. My previous dress was ruined by a seamstress and 3 weeks before my wedding Gwen fixed everything that went wrong and saved my wedding. I cannot praise her enough. I had the most wonderful experience with Gwen and Catrin. I was a little anxious about trying on dresses, but I was made to feel right at ease from my inital email to set up an appointment - being told "Don't worry about your appointment we are here to help and to make you feel at ease! " (which 100% happened) - to when I turned up on the day.I tried on some amazing dresses, and tried on dresses I never thought would look nice on me, but they did!
