CHCK SIX was founded with the goal of helping tech start-ups build and maintain quality financials to better run their businesses.
Our mission is to empower founders to spend more time making informed decisions on how to grow companies and less time dealing with administrative burdens & inaccurate data.

CHCK SIX was founded by Annie Aladjova in response to a demand in Chicago’s tech start-up community for a comprehensive accounting solution, which catered to growing small businesses. Prior to launching CHCK SIX, Annie worked as a Controller for a Chicago-based venture capital fund, where she built & managed the accounting systems for its portfolio companies. Annie’s work history also includes GAAP reporting in the private sector, as well as experience in public accounting in both audit and tax fields.

Annie is a CPA and Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. She holds her B.A. and M.S. in Accounting, both from Michigan State University where she graduated with high honors.
