I would not do business with anyone else! This is the second time I have used Chattanooga Granite and Marble for two separate houses. Both times the quality of work I have received has been excellent! They are always pleasant. In fact, they rushed to meet my deadline. They sincerely wanted to make me happy. Service has long been a lost art in our society and when it is discovered in a company, loyalty is the result. I am loyal to Chattanooga Granite and Marble. I am constantly telling others to use them. Another reason, and I might say  a very important one, that I use them is the uniqueness of their stone. You might be able to find average stone in the home improvement stores, but you cannot find the beauty and the uniqueness of a stone offered by Chattanooga Granite and Marble. You can bring your own template and lay it on the stone and see what your project will look like! Try to do that at the everyday home stores. One of the projects we used them for was HUGE counter height island that seats seven. After installation I saw that it was perfect and for a perfectionist like me that's saying a lot. I had brought them a sink I had picked up at an auction, and they observed a scratch on it. They called me! I went and looked and decided not to use it. I purchased a granite table top for outdoors 7 years ago (still looks like new). It was delivered on time, fabrication was flawless, the installer made sure the iron table was put together correctly and that it could hold the weight of the granite. The installer wiped the granite down and cleaned the installation area!!! Great time to buy one for outdoor entertainment!! More...

I could not be more pleased and can't begin to form words to express the delight of my experience with Chattanooga Granite and Marble. Chatt.Granite offers gorgeous stone and spectacular customer service. Start with the fact that I live in Douglas County, GA and - having shopped Every Source - I paid two hour travel charge to get my counters from Chattanooga Granite. My TN parents' counters came from Chatt.Granite and they *were* the most beautiful I'd ever seen; it set a standard with which no one else could compare. After exhausting sources from Carrolton to North Georgia, I made the drive to Chatt.Granite&Mable and found something indescribably unique and lovely beyond words. If you're just looking for a work surface, you can go anywhere, but if you want something truly special, there is nowhere to go but Chatt.Granite. While my granite selection was pricey, other stores had less unique stone for as much and more. I consider my counters a bargain in light of the fact that they are unlike any other. Why pay more for less; I paid more and got MORE!Not only does Chatt.Granite have the most amazing stone to be found, they have the best commitment to customer service I've experienced from any business - and I'm afraid I put them a bit to the test. Having found my stone (called Brazil), I had a precise vision of how it would be cut. The manager with whom I worked, Joao (John), spent half a day with my best friend and I examining the three potential slabs and actually using our measurements to draw out the precise cuts on the slab each of the five pieces for my kitchen remodel exactly as I wanted them. He even happily agreed to a diagram I drew up designating the orientations of each cut. He was hospitable, never pushy, and genuinely a pleasure with which to work. It is clear Joao/John truly enjoys his work and wants his clients to be happy - and I was, perhaps, his greatest success in this for I couldn't be more thrilled.  The progress on my partial remodel went much slower than anticipated causing my dates (June 10 eventually became July 20) for template and installation to be pushed back several times... each time, Joao commiserated and accommodated with each reschedule. The young man who came to do my template was Alex. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was very polite and conscientious in every detail to be sure the template was precisely to my specifications. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. My new counters are at the heart of a transformation that turned a horrible kitchen into the kitchen of my dreams.  Save your time and energy... skip the shopping around and go straight to Chattanooga Granite and Marble - you'll be so happy you did.
