I recently had my wedding reception at Chateau Le Jardin and it was one of the greatest choices we made! Thank you Michael and Marylou for giving us such an amazing wedding. You guys did such a great job organizing and going above and beyond in making sure we had the best wedding. Weddings are always stressful so to have someone like Michael who is always there to help you with everything makes the process so much enjoyable. A lot of stairs and I wish it wasn't in an area that was so industrial. It's such a pretty place but has cold and crumby scenery. The woman we met with seemed fairly knowledgable and friendly, but it wasn't until after I got home that I realized we only saw about 1/3 of the entire place. We weren't even shown the handful of rooms that would have accommodated our smaller wedding. instead we were shown larger rooms and told we'd have to invite another 20+ people to make the minimum guess number. I don't normally write reviews but I felt I had to after the amazing experience I had with their coordinators Angela and Jennifer. They were so accommodating, helpful, and would go above and beyond to make sure their clients' weddings are perfect. As an example, the day before the wedding, we were still going back and forth with Angela on where to hold the ceremony. Most people would've gotten frustrated with this last minute request and given up. But as we voiced our concerns with each space, Angela patiently went back to the drawing board to come up with new suggestions and ideas to find that perfect space! I recently got married at Chateau Le Jardin. This hall is absolutely stunning! The outside looks like an enchanted castle and the inside is just as gorgeous! The food was simply phenomenal! The best food we have tasted at any hall. The white pasta is to die for, the chicken and veal are so delicious and tender. Our event coordinator Alessia, was amazing and super accommodating. She always got back to us quickly and applied any last minute changes we needed. The head chef Chris, came and introduced himself at our tasting and it was such a nice touch to meet the person cooking your food. I recently had my reception at Chateau Le Jardin 2 weeks ago and was blown away by Angela B. She was our event coordinator at the venue and she was phenomenal. Very professional, responded extremely quickly, was diligent and ensured that me and my fiance were happy with all the details. She was quick to make sure all requests and demands were met and she delivered. I recently hosted my baby shower at this venue and cannot express how amazing the entire team was from beginning to end. The sales team was a breeze to work with and determine pricing, my event coordinator Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with and really made the entire preparation for the event a breeze. Everything was executed as discussed and the attending staff for the event was absolutely a dream team, each person was so kind and accommodating and so helpful from beginning to end. In addition the food was incredible as always, all of my guests have had the most wonderful things to say and we cannot wait to come back! Two days ago, my fiance and I booked our wedding reception at Chateau Le Jardin for May 2020. If you have not seen in, the space is beautiful--when you drive up, it looks like you're driving to castle. The interior is even more beautiful than the exterior, and we haven't even seen it "dressed up" for a wedding yet. The front desk staff have been friendly and courteous, in person and on the phone. Our sales consultant is Eugene Iozzo. We told him what we wanted (and changed our minds about things a bunch); and despite our indecisiveness and questions, he has been patient and flexible, and he has offered us plenty of options to try to give us what we want. Eugene, if you're reading this, thank you for your patience and flexibility. We're looking forward to working with the team at Le Jardin to make our special day as magical as we're hoping it will be! Very beautiful place. The food was amazing and the staff are quick, pleasant and professional. The lighting was perfect and the washrooms are clean and modern. The parking lot is massive and well lit. The bar was well stocked and could make a variety of drinks. I was here for a wedding and it was a great time had by all. Thank you Le Jardin family for making our event beautiful and memorable ! We had such a great time. Everyone was kind and polite at the venue. Customer service was excellent. Wait staff members were very friendly greeting our guest. General manager Sammy was there and made sure everything is going smoothly.
