Chasing Lux Photo

Macie is the best! Before my husband and I got married...we had a fun little photo session at the fair. We didn’t really expect much from the pictures. But she blew us away! She was so down for every idea we had. And when we were kind of uncomfortable (like that “uh how do I pose”) she was stepping in so quick and giving us little tips and tricks. Those pictures turned out so great! Then fast forward to our maternity pictures. She once again went above and beyond. She actually was climbing up waterfalls to get the perfect angles! Those pictures were breathtaking. And then, our wedding. These pictures were so special. Macie went out of her way to get pictures of exactly what we had told her. I cannot say enough great things about Macie! She goes above and beyond for her clients! During our engagement session, she made us feel so comfortable and truly took her time to get to know us and get every amazing angle and shot that she could. I seriously did not see a single shot that I did not like. Then for our wedding, she came out of her way to take pictures of my bridesmaids and I while we got ready, and then followed us to the venue! Again, she did everything possible to make our day perfect! I didn’t have to worry about a thing, because she was there to capture every moment. She took time to give me a sheet, to get everyone’s name for family pictures. She knew which pictures were most important to me, and guys I still cry every time I see my groom’s reaction! She doesn’t just capture the moment, she is truly in the moment and feels all of the emotion! We got our prints back in an adorable glass box, all tied with a bow, and a note that was entirely heartfelt. She is also very reasonably priced, which was important for me, as a bride on a budget! Macie is the most easy going, talented photographer I have ever had. She not only captures the moment, but she lives in the moment with you. She laughs with you, and she makes you feel comfortable to be yourself. She has a sense of adventure, and I asked her to do some pretty crazy things, but she's always up for a challenge. I cannot say enough good things about her work. I am pleased with every single photo I have that she has taken. Her photos print beautifully too. I have canvases, photo books, and many prints, and they always turn out perfect. Several people have told me that they did not see one bad picture from our wedding. She is very reasonably priced as well. As for someone who paid for most of my wedding, I know for sure Macie is budget friendly. I am so glad I chose her for all of my photography needs, and I will continue to choose her for years to come. You will not regret your decision in the slightest when you decide to hire Macie.
