I had a problem with rats under my floorboards, and a baby one managed to get into the kitchen! Which was when I called James. James was great on the phone, came the next day, and was quickly able to identify where they could be coming in. Very calm, totally professional, and very helpful - I cannot fault him!The problem was resolved quite quickly, and I have not heard anything since.I would recommend James, as during a very stressful time he was calm, reassuring, and really got to the heart of the problem. I had the same problem a few years ago, and called a well-known pest control company. They said they did all they could, and the problem was not resolved in the long term, but I secured my kitchen so I didn't see them any more, although couple of years later I could hear them under the floorboards periodically. However, when James came, he actually looked in my drains (which the other company did not do) and got to the source of the problem, secured the entrance where they were coming in, and now I feel much more confident that I will not have this problem again.My home feels like mine again! Highly Recommend. Five star service. We called Chase Pest Control to help us deal with a rat issue we had. James provided great advice on the phone and was able to come and visit to assess the issue quickly. He dealt with the issue both professionally and very sympathetically. He has returned on numerous occasions and has even visited to work alongside a drain specialist to get to the root of the problem. The customer service we have received is second to none. Fantastic service, cannot even begin to explain how fantastic Chase pest control are. Having had another company out previously who were unable to solve my rat problem I was desperate to find someone who knew what they were doing. They arrived straight away and made sure my problem was resolved from start to finish. Peter from Chase pest control was brilliant, this man definitely knows his job and always strives to do the best he can. Honest, hard working, experienced and just all round great at what he does.
Fantastic price, fantastic service and we are so thankful for all they have done.
