A really interesting place to visit, lots of antiques to look at and buy, from plates and pots to silverware and furniture. Also on site is a restaurant which is well worth a visit.A point to note is the second floor of the showroom is via a staircase which those with restricted mobility may find difficult. There is also a free car park. A lovely little cafe and a varied, quirky craft & antique centre. Well worth a visit, though perhaps not with young children (too many breakables!).

We visited the centre on two occasions, the first was by coach, a 49 seater exec, which we were told would be welcome. However, our driver had to reverse out to the main road because there was no way he could get the coach into the car park and out again, so beware if you are traveling by coach. The next visit was by car and this was fine, the centre is excellent the antiques were varied and the memorabaelia were very reasonably priced. The tea-room was excellent and very accommodating with my wife who is gluten intollerent. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love all of my job, however the best part is meeting new clients and seeing what wonderful furniture they want to bring back to life using new colours or paint techniques. The finish results are always great too! :)
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked at a furniture and interior design store in Chester for many years, and in this time I did plenty of furniture painting commissions and taught people how to use furniture paint in a workshop environment. This inspired me a great deal and so in 2018 I set up my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I would hope they would choose Charlotte's Country Commissions because I am reliable, hardworking, honest, talented, and above all have a love for all things that need upcycling! :)
