My name is Charlotte Warwick, I am 27 years old and my partner and I have 2 children aged 3 and 8. The eldest is at school and the younger one at Playgroup. In school holidays, I have the necessary child care to ensure I can provide a regular service to my clients, so there is no disruption to the service you receive from me.

Cleaning is a passion of mine and my standards are high. I get great satisfaction in transforming the house into the cleanest it can be and pride myself on doing a first class professional job every time. With 8 years’ experience of domestic house cleaning and being fit and young, I have the energy and drive required to deliver my promise.

I am respectful of my client’s house and follow their instructions to the letter to ensure you are happy with my work. I encourage and welcome feedback from my clients to ensure I meet your expectations and requirements from week to week.

I can provide my own cleaning materials, including a vacuum, or I can use the products you provide.

My hourly rates are:
· £12:00 - (you provide the cleaning materials and equipment)
· £14:00 - (I provide the cleaning materials and equipment)

· References are available upon request.

A general clean would include:-

All rooms
- Remove cobwebs
- Dust and polish picture frames and ornaments
- Dust and polish furniture, woodwork, shelves and skirting boards
- Vacuum the floor
-Vacuum furniture under seat cushions
- Empty bins.

Kitchen

- Clean worktops and wall tiles
- Clean cooker front and hob
- Clean outside large appliances
- Clean inside microwave
- Clean small appliances
- Vacuum and wash hard floors.

Bathrooms

- Clean showers, bath, sink and tiled surfaces
- Clean mirrors
- Clean toilets
- Polish chrome
- Wash hard surface floors
