I had a ring that had sat in my jewellery box for many years and took it to Charlotte to see about getting it remodelled . I loved the process of Charlotte coming up with her design and she came up with something I loved. I was made to feel very welcome and Charlotte is very knowledgeable. I was given a small emerald 3 years ago as a gift from a friend and wanted to have it mounted into a pendant. I sat with Charlotte who put together a couple of pencil drawings. There was already a small chip in it and she advised me that there could possibly be a problem with it and to be prepared that it could crack but she would do her best for me. I left it with Charlotte and half prepared myself for the bad news. But I was very happy to receive an email a few weeks later to say it was ready. I went to see Charlotte with my late Grandmothers wedding ring that she had left to me. I wanted to use it to get married with, as it had such sentimental value to me.
Charlotte melted it down and re-designed it into a beautiful ring and added diamonds into it to finish it off. It looks amazing.

My mum and I visited Charlotte with some of my Grandma's jewellery. We hated the idea of selling it but wearing it as it was wasn't realistic as the designs were dated. Charlotte created a necklace for my mum and a ring for me using some of the materials and stones from my grandma's jewellery and the result is amazing. Modern and beautiful which we can wear everyday and carry around a little piece of family history � and look stylish doing it as well. Cannot reccomended enough! With some bits of my old jewellery, Charlotte has created the most beautiful ring; modern, original and just what I wanted! Charlotte made our wedding rings and they are beautiful. I lost my Mum many years ago and apart from a few photographs the only item of hers that I have, is her engagement ring. Charlotte was able to incorporate the gold from Mum's ring into both our wedding rings and the diamonds have been set in a scatter effect on my wife's ring. After much deliberation I finally came to a decision on what I wanted from my Uncle Bill for my special 21st birthday present. A perfect Experience start to finish. After my mum passed away I found myself with a little box of rings, a bangle and other pieces that neither my daughter or I would ever wear, yet I could not bring myself to sell them. This experience was more than commissioning a piece of jewelry - my daughter and I had a lovely time in Charlottes shop exploring a range of ideas that were all sparked by Charlottes creativity. We left truly excited about the very personal pieces Charlotte had designed for us, which would be made from the metal and stones from my mums jewellery. Collecting my new necklace yesterday was perfect, it is a unique item, completely different from anything I currently own, yet it is absolutely "me". We commissioned Charlotte Cornelius Jewellery Design to create our engagement and wedding rings (the engagement ring in 2014 and the wedding rings in 2016). Charlotte worked hard to incorporate our ideas into her designs and she went out of her way to accommodate our various requests, even late in the process.I wanted my wedding ring to match my husband's but also to fit around the bespoke shape of my engagement ring - not an easy task, I'm sure! However, my two rings fit together flawlessly and the style flows organically, even though there was a gap of 18 months between the commissions. As I had to return the engagement ring whilst the wedding ring was made to fit around it, Charlotte slightly added to the design of the engagement ring to ensure the matching set had balance and flow.We were absolutely delighted with the customer service and attention to detail from start to finish.
