Charlie is a professional trainer that will help you achieve your goals and reach even further. He will create workouts tailored specifically for you, for your goals and your current fitness level, no matter how good or bad it is. He will also give you nutritional advise, to teach you how to eat healthier and better.He always watches how good or bad you are performing, and adjusts the exercises accordingly, so that you are always giving your best without burning out or getting injured.On the personal side, he is a very funny, smiley and easy going person, always trying to make you feel good and motivated, while pushing your limits at the same time.Cons: your body will ache for two days after every session, no matter how long you've been working out. Charlie is absolutely amazing! I started training with Charlie last year in November and it was the best choice I made. Not only did Charlie provide good quality gym sessions, he also helped support me through my training, my diet and helped me reach all my goals! Sessions were always fitted to what you wanted to achieve and you could always contact Charlie if u had any questions about your workouts etc.Im very grateful as I've achieved my goals with his help! I trained with Charlie last year for the aim to lose weight and become stronger to help me to become energized. He is a great trainer who motivates you to give 110%! I was very lazy and overweight and training with Charlie help me turn all that around!!He is very friendly, supportive and adaptive to help you reach your goals. we had some really tough sessions but we also had a great bit of banter going too which helped me battle through :) More...

Charlie was my personal trainer for 2 years and with his help I lost a fair bit of weight and got fitter. We create personalised plans catered to your fitness goal(s), however all newbies to the gym need at least a month of one to one personal training before they can undertake a plan on their own as it’s essential to learn how to perform all the exercises correctly and safely before doing them on your own. This also helps us to get a clearer idea of your fitness capabilities and limits in order to tailor the plan to your needs.

Mercedes: Weekly consistency with training, changing your routine on a monthly basis to keep you interested and having 1 cheat day a week as a reward for your good behaviour! Long term is key!

Charlie: Originally I wanted to be a doctor because my mother was a nurse for 30 years but I couldn't stand the idea of operating. Being a Personal Trainer as a preventer than a curer a.k.a Doctor was the next option!

Mercedes: I love a challenge especially when working with females, as women’s bodies are so much more complex and I think there’s a lack of attention to that. I enjoy working on problem areas and sculpting, with a strong focus on form to achieve optimal results, whilst also educating the client along the way. I love changing the way someone sees themselves and uses their body! Being motivating is part of who I am.

Charlie: 10 years ago I was training to be a professional rugby player and I needed flexibility with it. Being revolved around fitness constantly, why not help others get fitter, stronger and healthier!

Mercedes: Being professional, on time, motivating, fun and consistent with results is our priority!
