Charles has been an incredible asset to my organization. His approach was also very personal and friendly. During the filing process, Charles reached out multiple times with additional questions in order to understand the financial situation of our family better since it was the first time that we were working with him. What kind of accounting services do you provide?
Along with personal and business taxes, I provide bookkeeping/accounting services resulting in preparation of internally prepared financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, tax planning, auditing and consulting services.

There are many decisions a business owner has to make on a daily basis and it's vital that they have someone
who they can trust to "run their thoughts by".
What do you love most about your job?
When you have a satisfied client and they refer you to someone they know. It is a testament to their trust in you.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy working with business owners to help them navigate tax and accounting issues they face every day.
I also enjoy assisting individual tax clients with their unique challenges related to anything from self-employment income, rental properties,
capital gains and other complex tax issues.

I have 35 years of experience with small to medium sized businesses in all areas of tax and accounting, including payroll,
financial statement preparation, bookkeeping as well as personal and business tax preparation.

At this time, I provide all services remotely. I employ a Sharefile portal to exchange documents with my clients.
This is a convenient and secure method to exchange information. When I complete a tax return or other accounting report, I
upload the finished product to the portal for easy client access.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work 100% remotely and use email and my Sharefile portal to exchange documents with my clients. I also
meet with my clients through Zoom calls.
Individual tax preparation
Preparation and e-filing of federal, state and local, if applicable.
I will provide an electronic copy and bound copy, if desired, of all tax returns.
Business tax preparation
Preparation and e-filing of C corporation, S corporation, Partnership and LLC tax returns. I will also provide electronic copies as well as bound copies of all tax returns.
Bookkeeping and accounting
Compilation of monthly, quarterly or annual transactional data in order to provide internally prepared financial statements for tax preparation or other business use.
Entity creation
Filing of documents to the departments of state to create LLC's, partnerships, C or S corporations and acquisition of federal employer identification numbers with the Internal Revenue Service, creation of Bylaws and operating agreements.
