Details were on a website called BURFORD TAXIS (misleading!) so my friend called and arranged one as we were in Burford. Man on the phone was extremely rude and miserable and quoted £25. My friend felt bad saying no as he was aggressive so we accepted. However we then got a quote from a decent firm who quoted £10 as it was only a 10 minute journey, I cancelled the Chalbury Taxi BEFORE the pick up time. The owner Pete has been sending aggressive and threatening emails to me ever since demanding money. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone - so unprofessional and clearly no people skills. More...
