I booked an appointment for this afternoon from a Groupon. I never would have found this massage location otherwise. Her suite is in a cute little house off of Parsons in Brandon with other providers inside. I was greeted promptly and Charla was very professional. The room was clean and relaxing with light music and unique fixtures. I had a 1 hour massage with a back scrub it was amazing. Charla is the BEST! Â I have been going to her for 2 years or more and she has been one of my best finds! Â I book my appointments months ahead with her because she is that popular. Â She also has some of the best prices around once you are on her mailing list. Â But the bottom line is the massage. Â She is great at relaxation or deep tissue as I need on my back or legs from time to time. Â You always don't want to leave when she is done because you feel that good. I have had probably about hundreds of massages in my lifetime but I have never experienced such a great massage. You have got to book an appointment. I bought a Groupon for this place months ago and couldn’t get an appt that worked bc it was going to expire before she had time available. So she told me to forget the expiration date and let’s find a time we could make work. That was a step above any other business in my eyes! Went today for the massage and I fell asleep lol. I enjoyed the massage so much-as well as Charla-and followed up by booking a 30-minute relaxing massage. (A relaxing massage is a combination Swedish massage and a deep tissue massage.) Setting Appointment - Charla was very professional. Her website to schedule appointments is easy to navigate and she confirmed my requested appointment date/time within a couple of hours after I placed it  (I have experienced other therapists not returning calls/emails for days). Upon Arrival - Imperial massage is a local place and the owners obviously care about appearances and service.  The greeting area is a bit small but inviting.  The ceiling light fixtures were especially nice touches creating a calming ambiance.Service Provided - The massage itself was wonderful.  I have had several massages, but some of Charla's techniques were unique enough that it stood out.  I felt like she spent just the right amount of time on each area.  Also the space was appropriate for a relaxing massage - right temperature, soft lighting, soft music, and a heated table.
