The buffet lunch today, Sunday, did not exist. We had to order from the menu and pay for the individual dishes. The ice cream for desert was so melted that it was dripping off the plate. We spent 3 nights at the Chantecler Hotel, the rooms were large and comfortable. There were some items missing like a bedside lamp but after we enquired, the staff were quick to help us. The staff were friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint was that there was no filter coffee at breakfast, although you could order.
