Without hesitation I would recommend Changes to anyone! Steve is a very thoughtful, laid back counselor who respectfully encourages you to challenge your thought patterns and opt for healthier ones. He is great with kids and has earned my daughters trust to let him in which is not an easy feat. So glad we found this amazing place and look forward to our weekly appointments. More...
