I've been using Richard for several years now for my business and private tax purposes and have been struck at how he just gets on with the job, no fuss. He takes care to draw my attention to tax saving opportunities, letting me take the decision on how far I pursue them. After weeks putting off filling in my self-assessment forms, I finally gave in and asked for professional accountant support - the deadline was getting too close and there were still too many things that I was confused about doing self-assessment for the first time.
