I've never had something 3D printed before nor did I know much about 3D printing. I searched for a lot of places to print out my very small project for my Nintendo Switch dock. Champion 3D were the perfect choice. Their prices were far better than every other place and I'm very happy with the service I got. I was really concerned that my project wouldn't print properly, however Josef from Champion 3D was very nice and explained the process for me. As part of a competition, we needed to print a £D car shell for a robotic car we were programming. Due to administrative problems we weren't able to get our design done until a couple of days before the competition, and at that point none of our other sources were willing to commit to so many hours of 3D printing. We found Josef soon enough, and through his company we managed to pull together a beautiful design in just under a day, even though this project usually would take much longer to print. He put in extra hours just to make sure our design came out well, as our first models were flimsy (he rectified those mistakes himself, for us).
